04:00 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BranchOut Food ( BOF ) said Wednesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 1.8 million shares of common stock at $0.80 per share.

Gross proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close around Friday, are estimated to be about $1.4 million.

The dried foods company has also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 262,500 additional shares.

The company said it plans to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
