10:18 AM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BranchOut Foods (BOF) signed an equipment purchase agreement with EnWave to acquire an additional Radiant Energy Vacuum machine for its fruit and vegetable products, EnWave said Friday.

The purchase is for a completely refurbished 100kW nutraREV machine, which was used by NutraDried Food Company, EnWave's former operating subsidiary, the firm said. No financial details were disclosed.

Shares of BranchOut Foods were up more than 5% in recent trading.
