12:11 PM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brand Engagement Network ( BNAI ) shares rose over 5%% in recent trading Friday after the company said Walid Khiari has been appointed as chief financial officer and chief operating officer, starting Nov. 18.

Khiari has worked 20 years in finance, including as technology investment banker for 15 years, the company added.

Khiari succeeds Bill Williams as CFO, according to the statement.
