07:10 AM EDT, 06/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brand Engagement Network ( BNAI ) said Tuesday that it has formed a 50/50 joint venture with Intervent International to develop and commercialize AI-powered health coaching services.

The company said the new entity, Intervent Health AI, will combine its conversational AI technology with Intervent's clinical health coaching data and healthcare expertise to build digital health tools for consumers, employers, and healthcare providers.

Under the agreement, the company said its unit Skye AI USA will serve as the exclusive North American provider of AI platform development and deployment services for the venture for five years.

Each company received equal ownership in the new venture, with additional shares reserved for future issuance and employee incentives, it added.

Brand Engagement Network ( BNAI ) shares were up 17% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
