Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.24.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $131.8 million, compared with $129.4 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $124.2 million.

The company lowered its 2024 FFO guidance to now be between $0.89 and $0.92 per share, from the prior outlook of $0.91 to $0.96.
