Braze Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Decline, Revenue Climbs; Shares Jump After Hours

04:27 PM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Braze (BRZE) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $0.10 per diluted share, down from $0.12 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 was $205.2 million, up from $160.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $198.2 million.

For fiscal Q1, the company expects non-GAAP EPS of $0.10 to $0.11 and revenue of $204.5 million to $205.5 million.

Analysts are looking for $0.12 and $197.3 million, respectively.

For fiscal 2027, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.61 to $0.65 and revenue of $884 million to $889 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.64 and $858.2 million, respectively.

Shares of Braze were up more than 21% in after-hours trading.
