Braze to Buy OfferFit for $325 Million

04:27 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Braze (BRZE) said Thursday it has agreed to buy AI decisioning company, OfferFit, for $325 million through a combination of cash and Class A shares.

AI decisioning agents can autonomously experiment, learn, and deliver relevant, personalized experiences, Braze said. It expects to close the deal in the fiscal quarter ending July 31.
