Brazil cosmetic group Natura unveils restructuring plan, changes in leadership

SAO PAULO, March 20 (Reuters) - Brazilian cosmetic group

Natura announced on Thursday a restructuring proposal to

integrate the currently listed holding company Natura&Co

into its subsidiary Natura Cosmeticos, which will

then have shares in Brazil's stock exchange.

Natura also said the chief executive of Natura&Co, Fabio

Barbosa, is leaving the role and will become Natura Cosmeticos'

chairman, while Joao Paulo Ferreira will remain as CEO of Natura

Cosmeticos.
