SAO PAULO, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Brazilian petrochemical
firm Braskem ( BAK ) reported on Tuesday a 26 million reais
($4,81 million) net loss for the third quarter, a 96% reduction
from the 592 million reais net loss reported a year earlier.
Recurring earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and
amortization, a gauge of cash generation known as EBITDA, fell
66% in the July to September period to 818 million reais, while
net revenue stood at 17.3 billion reais, a 19% drop from the
same quarter a year ago.
