Brazil's Frasle Mobility to buy assets from Mexico's Grupo Kuo for $389 million

SAO PAULO, June 24 (Reuters) - The Brazilian auto parts

producer Frasle Mobility said on Monday it has agreed to buy

some assets from Mexico's Grupo Kuo S.A.B de C.V. for

some 2.1 billion reais ($389.47 million), according to a

securities filing.

($1 = 5.3919 reais)
