SAO PAULO, Oct 13 (Reuters) - Brazilian airline Gol
Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA plans to go private as
part of a corporate reorganization process, according to the
voting bulletin for a November 4 shareholder meeting published
on Monday.
As part of the restructuring, Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes
and Gol Investment Brasil SA will be merged into a privately
held company within the group called Gol Linhas Aereas, the
bulletin filed with Brazil's regulator CVM showed.
