RIO DE JANEIRO, April 18 (Reuters) - Discussing the

distribution of extraordinary dividends by Brazil's state-run

oil firm Petrobras is not on the agenda of the

company's next directors' meeting, CEO Jean Paul Prates said in

an interview with journalists on Thursday.

Prates' statement confirms information from sources cited in

a Reuters report a day earlier.
