Brazil's tax appeal court annuls $809 mln charge from steelmaker CSN - local media

SAO PAULO, March 6 (Reuters) - Brazil's tax appeal court

annulled a 4 billion reais ($808.5 million) charge from

steelmaker CSN in a case related to the selling of a

stake in firm Namisa, Valor Economico newspaper said on

Wednesday.

CSN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
