Bread Financial Authorizes $200 Million Share Buyback

07:51 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bread Financial ( BFH ) said Wednesday its board has approved a new $200 million share repurchase program with no expiration date.

The company said buybacks will be subject to market conditions, legal and regulatory restrictions.
