Bread Financial Launches Cash Tender Offer for $150 Million of Senior Notes

08:13 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bread Financial Holdings ( BFH ) said Wednesday it has launched a cash tender offer to purchase up to $150 million of its 9.750% senior notes maturing March 2029.

The tender offer will expire on June 20, unless extended or earlier terminated by the company.

Under the offer, holders may specify the minimum total consideration they would be willing to receive in exchange for each $1,000 principal amount of notes they choose to tender. The bid price must be within a bid range of $1,040 to $1,080 and in increments of $1.25, the company said.

Bread Financial ( BFH ) said it expects the final payment date on June 25.
