Bread Financial Plans $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

10:14 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bread Financial ( BFH ) said Tuesday it plans to offer $500 million of senior notes in a private offering.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to help redeem its outstanding 9.750% senior notes due 2029.
