Bread Financial Raises Share Buyback Authorization, Quarterly Dividend

09:18 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bread Financial ( BFH ) said Thursday that its board increased its share repurchase authorization by $200 million, bringing the total amount available now to $340 million.

The company also increased its quarterly dividend to $0.23 per share from $0.21, payable on Dec. 12 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 7.
