Bread Financial Reports Tender Offer Expiration, Bond Buyback Results

08:23 AM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bread Financial Holdings ( BFH ) said Friday that its previously announced cash tender offers dated July 24, expired on Thursday.

The company said that for the 9.750% senior notes due 2029, bondholders tendered $31.3 million worth of bonds from the $750 million outstanding. It also noted that it paid $1,070 per $1,000 bond tendered.

The company also said that for the 8.375% fixed-rate reset subordinated notes due 2035, bondholders tendered $121,000 worth of bonds from the $400 million outstanding. The company paid $1,025 per $1,000 bond tendered.
