Brera Gets Approval From Italian Football Federation to Buy Stake in Juve Stabia

10:29 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brera ( BREA ) said Tuesday that the Italian Football Federation approved the company's acquisition of a stake in Juve Stabia football club.

The company said it has acquired about 38.5% of the corporate capital of the club since Dec. 31, 2024.

Financial details weren't provided.

Shares of Brera ( BREA ) were up 9.2% in recent trading.
