BRF Shareholders Approve Acquisition by Marfrig Global Foods

01:47 PM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BRF (BRFS) shareholders approved the acquisition by Marfrig Global Foods.

The stock transaction remains subject to approval by Marfrig's shareholders and other closing conditions, BRF said Tuesday in a regulatory filing.
