03:28 PM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BriaCell Therapeutics Corp ( BCTX ) reported Tuesday the pricing of a public offering of 12 million units at $1.25 per unit, to raise gross proceeds of $15 million.

The company said each warrant is immediately exercisable and gives the holder the right to buy one common share at price of $1.50 per share. The warrant will remain valid for five years from the date of issuance.

BriaCell plans to use the net proceeds for working capital requirements, corporate purposes and furthering business goals.
