BriaCell Therapeutics Announces Share Consolidation

01:56 PM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BriaCell Therapeutics ( BCTX ) on Thursday said its board approved the consolidation of its shares on a 10 shares to 1 post-consolidation share, basis.

The consolidation is being implemented to ensure that BriaCell continues to comply with Nasdaq listing requirements.

The consolidation is expected to be implemented on Aug. 25.

BriaCell shares were last seen down $0.05 to $0.90 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
