BriaCell Therapeutics Closes Offering of 5.13 Million Shares, Warrants

05:46 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BriaCell Therapeutics ( BCTX ) said it closed an offering of about 5.13 million shares and warrants at a combined price of $0.975 per share and associated warrant, targeting gross proceeds of about $5 million.

The warrants are for purchasing up to about 5.13 million shares, the company said late Wednesday. They have an exercise price of $0.85 per share and are immediately exercisable upon issuance for five years.

BriaCell intends to use the net proceeds for working capital requirements, general corporate purposes, and advancing business objectives.

Shares of the company fell 5% in after-hours activity.
