The company sold underwriters 7.4-million units, with each priced at $0.75 and made up of a share and a five-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.9375.

The company intends to use proceeds for working capital requirements, general corporate purposes, and the advancement of business objectives.

BriaCell shares closed unchanged at $0.95 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
