09:44 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bridge Investment Group ( BRDG ) said Tuesday its Bridge Logistics Properties unit acquired a three-building industrial portfolio in Fontana, California for $83.5 million.

The fully-leased portfolio consists of three newly-built distribution facilities that have a weighted average lease term of more than two years, the company said.
