03:14 AM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BridgeBio Pharma ( BBIO ) said late Tuesday it priced an underwritten public offering of 8.6 million common shares at $29 per share for expected gross proceeds of about $250 million.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.3 million additional shares.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur around Friday, subject to customary conditions.
