July 17 (Reuters) - The plaintiffs said the refusal

reduced the value of their futures contracts, causing tens of

millions of dollars of lost profits plus damages from related

commissions and brokerage fees

u.s. District judge lorna schofield in manhattan dismissed a

commodity exchange act claim and various state law-based claims,

and said the latter can be refiled in state court

u.s. Judge dismisses lawsuit accusing cme group and nymex of

refusing to enforce rules related to carbon offsets
