Salesforce raised its annual revenue forecast to between USD 25.90 billion and USD 26.00 billion, above estimates of USD 25.76 billion. The company expects full-year adjusted profit between USD 3.79 and USD 3.81 per share, beating Wall Street's expectations of USD 3.43.

Dell Technologies and HP post their better than expected quarterly numbers warned that going forward computer chip shortage would impact the supply of laptops. Moreover, Dell CFO said the cost of procuring these chips is high, which would impact operating income in current quarter. Similarly, HP said the chip shortages would limit their supply of PCs and printers unitl the end of the year.
