Anuj Khandelwal, Business Head of JK Cement, told CNBC-TV18 that the forecast for the second half is backed by the strong show in the first half of the year when the volumes grew over 20%, faster than the industry average.  

This comes after proxy advisory firm InGovern Research raised a red flag against Religare Enterprises alleging the 'vested interest' of its chairman Rashmi Saluja due to excessive remuneration as well as regulatory breaches. The Dabur family too had raised concerns to SEBI about Saluja's ESOPs sales in wake of the former's open offer.

In an evening update on November 27, Stove Kraft said the I-T Department completed its search, with the company's manufacturing plants in Bengaluru and Baddi experiencing disruptions on November 22-26 and November 21-23, respectively.

State minister for industries, commerce and enterprises Sashi Panja said the project is very much on track and talks are underway with the Adani Group.
