* THE REAL ESTATE FUNDS WILL CONCLUDE THEIR SHORTENED

FINANCIAL YEAR ON 30 JUNE 2026

* MERGER WILL TAKE PLACE AS OF 30 SEPTEMBER 2026,

RETROACTIVELY EFFECTIVE TO THAT DATE

* MERGED UBS LIVINGPLUS FUND WILL BE TRADED ON THE SIX

SWISS EXCHANGE STARTING 1 OCTOBER 2026
