05:29 PM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BrightSpring Health Services ( BTSG ) said Tuesday it completed the acquisition of the assets of North Central Florida Hospice and Haven Medical Group, a Florida-based firm, effective Sunday.

The acquisition is valued at $60 million, with $15 million paid in cash on Sunday, $30 million in company equity granted on the same date, and $15 million in a seller note due on Sept. 1, 2028, the company said.
