BrightSpring Health Services Acquires Assets Providing Hospice Services in Florida

05:28 PM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BrightSpring Health Services ( BTSG ) said late Monday that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of North Central Florida Hospice and Haven Medical Group, a Florida-based firm, for $60 million.

The price tag includes $15 million in cash at close, $30 million in company equity, and an additional $15 million in a seller note payable four years after closing, the company said.

Shares of BrightSpring fell over 2% in extended trading.
