BrightSpring Health Services Appoints Jennifer Phipps as CFO

05:39 PM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BrightSpring Health Services ( BTSG ) said late Wednesday it promoted Jennifer Phipps to chief financial officer, effective the day before.

Phipps, who previously worked as chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer at the company, succeeded Jim Mattingly, BrightSpring added.

Shares of the company rose 4.5% in recent after-hours activity.
