BrightSpring Health Services Plans Secondary Stock Offering

04:25 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BrightSpring Health Services ( BTSG ) said late Tuesday that multiple stockholders plan a secondary offering of 14 million common shares.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) is among the selling stockholders that will offer underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional 2.1 million common shares of the company, according to a statement.

BrightSpring said it is not selling shares, and the stockholders will receive all net proceeds.
