BrightSpring Health Services Refinances Term Loan B

05:02 PM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BrightSpring Health Services ( BTSG ) said late Wednesday it completed the refinancing of its $2.55 billion term loan B facility due February 2031 through its Phoenix Guarantor unit.

The facility's repricing lowered the applicable interest rate on the outstanding term loan by 75 basis points, representing $19.1 million in estimated cash interest savings annually, the company said.
