Brightstar Capital Partners Closes PlayAGS Acquisition

05:08 PM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brightstar Capital Partners said late Monday it has completed its acquisition of PlayAGS ( AGS ) for about $1.1 billion.

PlayAGS ( AGS ) shares will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange, the private equity firm said.
