04:34 PM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BrightView Holdings ( BV ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.27 per diluted share, down from $0.30 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.32.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $702.8 million, down from $728.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $718.6 million.

The company expects full-year fiscal 2026 revenue of $2.67 billion to $2.73 billion. Analysts expect $2.75 billion.

The company also increased its share repurchase authorization to $150 million.

Shares of BrightView ( BV ) were down nearly 11% during after-hours trading.
