BrightView Lowers Fiscal 2025 Revenue Outlook
Jul 1, 2025 1:57 PM

04:40 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BrightView ( BV ) said late Tuesday it now expects fiscal 2025 revenue to be between $2.68 billion and $2.73 billion, compared with $2.75 billion to $2.84 billion previously.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.78 billion.

It now expects adjusted EBITDA of $348 million to $362 million for the year, against $345 million to $365 million previously.

The company said macro-economic factors are impacting its revenue performance, including timing delays of development projects and reduced discretionary spend.

"This revenue impact is timing-related," said CEO Dale Asplund.

"We remain committed to restoring top-line profitable growth in our Land business in the near-term, while executing against our prior commitments to deliver record Adjusted EBITDA and margins for fiscal 2025," Asplund added.
