05:04 PM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BrightView Holdings ( BV ) said late Monday that a stockholder affiliated with KKR (KKR) priced a secondary offering of 17.5 million BrightView ( BV ) common shares.

Underwriters of the offering plan to distribute the shares to a group of institutional investors led by T. Rowe Price Investment Management, BrightView ( BV ) said.

The offering is expected to close on May 23.
