Brinker International Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Rise; Annual Outlook Reiterated -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

07:11 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brinker International ( EAT ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP net income Wednesday of $1.93 per diluted share, up from $0.95 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.77.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 24 was $1.35 billion, compared with $1.14 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.33 billion.

The company reiterated its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS outlook range of $9.90 to $10.50 on revenue of $5.60 billion to $5.70 billion. Analysts expect $10.39 and $5.72 billion, respectively.

Brinker International ( EAT ) shares were down 5.9% in recent premarket activity.
