Brink's Unit Signs Deal to Manage Sainsbury's ATM Business

08:05 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brink's (BCO) said Wednesday that it signed a long-term ATM managed services agreement with Sainsbury's to assume ownership and management of the latter's ATM business.

Sainsbury's ATM business, which includes about 1,370 ATMs across the UK, will be fully managed by Brink's NoteMachine unit, according to the statement. Brink's said the managed services agreement will include transaction processing, cash replenishment, maintenance, and hardware refurbishment.

Brink's said it expects to complete the onboarding by May 2025. No financial details were disclosed.
