Britain's JD Sports expects 'volatile' trading environment this year

LONDON, April 9 (Reuters) - British sportswear retailer

JD Sports, which makes just under 40% of its sales in the

United States, said on Wednesday it expected the trading

environment to be "volatile" this year.

It said the impact of newly imposed U.S. tariffs "is

uncertain" and it was too early to comment on the potential

sector impact.
