Brixmor Property Says CEO Taylor to Take Temporary Medical Leave

08:39 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brixmor Property ( BRX ) said Thursday that Chief Executive Officer James Taylor will take a temporary medical leave of absence, effective today.

Brixmor's board appointed Brian Finnegan, the company's president and chief operating officer, to also serve as interim CEO, it said.
