SAO PAULO, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Brazilian utility company
BRK Ambiental is evaluating an initial public offering (IPO) in
the country, according to a securities filing on Friday.
BRK Ambiental said it has hired lenders BTG Pactual
, Itau BBA and Santander Brasil
as financial advisers for a potential public
offering of common shares.
BRK Ambiental filed for an IPO in mid-2022 but later
backtracked on the decision.
