Sept 5 (Reuters) - Chipmaker Broadcom beat Wall

Street expectations for third-quarter revenue on Thursday,

driven by demand for its networking and custom chips used in

artificial intelligence applications.

The company reported third-quarter revenue of $13.07

billion, beating estimates of $12.97 billion, according to LSEG

data.
