Broadcom, Carahsoft Technology Say DISA Awards $970 Million Purchase Agreement for Software Contracts

10:37 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Broadcom ( AVGO ) and Carahsoft Technology said Tuesday that the Defense Information Systems Agency has awarded the companies a five-year $970 million blanket purchase agreement to streamline and consolidate software contracts.

The agreement provides uniform pricing and cost transparency for private cloud infrastructure, security and other Broadcom ( AVGO ) solutions to several Department of Defense agencies, including DISA, the US Air Force, the US Space Force and Combatant Commands, the companies said.

The companies said the deal will reduce costs and consolidate procurement under a single unified contract.

Broadcom ( AVGO ) shares were down 2% in Tuesday trading.
