Broadridge Financial Solutions Names Roz Smith COO of Broadridge International

05:25 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Broadridge Financial Solutions ( BR ) said Tuesday it named Roz Smith as chief operating officer of Broadridge International, effective May 1.

Before joining Broadridge, Smith spent 18 years in management roles at HSBC (HSBC), the company said.
