08:14 AM EDT, 04/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Broadridge Financial Solutions ( BR ) said Monday that it has partnered with and made a minority investment in artificial intelligence due diligence platform Centrl.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The collaboration will integrate new automated workflows into existing data products serving asset managers alongside retirement advisors, Broadridge said.

The integration aims to modernize counterparty oversight procedures while reducing redundant administrative tasks for financial institutions, the company said.
