Broadstone Net Lease Adds $117.4 Million to Pipeline of Build-to-Suit Development Projects

07:22 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Broadstone Net Lease ( BNL ) said Monday it has added two new developments worth a total of about $117.4 million to its pipeline of build-to-suit development commitments.

The company said it has secured the land and started construction on two additional build-to-suit development projects, including a distribution warehouse facility for Southwire that is targeted for completion in July.

Broadstone Net Lease ( BNL ) also said it will release its financial and operating results for the quarter ended Dec. 31 on Feb. 19.
