05:01 PM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Broadstone Net Lease ( BNL ) said Tuesday it priced a $350 million offering of 5% senior notes due 2032.
The notes, guaranteed by Broadstone Net Lease ( BNL ), were issued at 99.15% of par to yield 5.14% and are expected to settle Sept. 26. Interest will be paid semiannually beginning May 1, 2026.
The company said it may redeem the notes at a "make-whole" premium before Sept. 1, 2032, and at par thereafter.
Joint bookrunners for the offering include J.P. Morgan Securities, Truist Securities, U.S. Bancorp Investments, BMO Capital Markets, TD Securities, Morgan Stanley, M&T Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Capital One Securities, and Regions Securities.
Moody's and S&P are expected to rate the notes baa2 and bbb, respectively, both with a stable outlook, the company said.
